Registered to franchisee Yang Ruyun, the shop expects to debut this winter in the Plantation Commons strip mall. Replacing the former “fast-fine” restaurant Ovlo Eats, which shuttered earlier this year, is the fourth South Florida location of this dumpling franchise.
